Archie S. Padilla, 95, of Kailua-Kona, a retired production manager at Lockheed Corp. in Burbank, Calif., and a Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in El Paso, Texas. He is survived by daughter Olivia, sisters Helen Turner and Christine Madrid, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services and inurnment: 9 a.m. Wednesday at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery.
