Constantinos Symeon Papacostas, 68, of Honolulu, retired chairman of the University of Hawaii at Manoa civil and environmental engineering department, died in St. Francis Hospice, Honolulu. He was born in Cyprus. He is survived by brothers George and Dr. Savvas. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Pacific, 930 Lunalilo St., Honolulu. Services at noon. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
