William Anthony Kisken, 91, of Omao, Kauai, a retired lineman supervisor at Northeast Utilities in Greenwich, Conn., and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by wife Gloria Ann, sons William M. and Stephen J., daughters Elizabeth A. Solazzo and Susan M. Posson, sister Mary Wanag and seven grandchildren.
