Robert Kamaka Jr., 85, of Holualoa, Hawaii, an asphalt plant and loader operator for Grace Brothers, Hawaiian Tel lineman, Kailua Coffee Mill foreman and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Kailua-Kona. He is survived by wife Emily; son Robert III; daughters Frances Liwai, Roberta Reimers, Rodelle Smith, Aloha Ellis and Romel Kainoa; hanai daughter Helen Kaaialii; 29 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 1 p.m. May 23 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 75-5769 Alii Drive, Kailua-Kona. Mass: 2 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. May 26 at Kona Memorial Park, Holualoa. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
