Thomas Koon Kau Chang, 94, of Honolulu, a Shop No. 56 foreman pipe fitter at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran, died in Manoa Cottage. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Charlie, Larry, Steven, Benjamin "Benny" and Ernest "Ernie"; brothers Clifford, Ralph, Ernest and William; sister Gladys Goo; 10 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
