82Victoria Arincoraya Vea, also known as "Vicky" and "Toring," 75, of Waipahu, a retired Outrigger Waikiki Village Hotel housekeeper, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Javier, sons Renato and Roy, daughters Raquel and Ruby, sister Ardelina Paz and five grandchildren.
