72Futaba Higuchi, 87, of Lahaina, a retired Kaanapali Beach Hotel executive housekeeper, died at Hale Makua Kahului. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by husband James S.; daughters Pauline Kitada, Lynette Ruppert and Barbara Higuchi; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Nakamura Mortuary.
