74Wayne K. Spencer, 71, of Kapolei, a retired state Department of Transportation employee, died in Kapolei. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Ellarene K.; sons Alex L. and David L.; stepson William Malama Jr.; stepdaughters Drena Malama and Michele Kuamoo; brothers Kimo, Orlando, Sam and Wesley; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
