Tien Tsen Shei, 86, of Honolulu, former owner of Shi Mei Corp. in Taipei, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He is survived by sons Chicco and Tony, daughter Kashya, sisters Au-Sue Chen and Au-Liu Huang, and five grandchildren. Private services.
