71Howard Louis Perreira, 84, of Hilo, a retired Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. general labor foreman, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Gwen; sons Andy, Mark, Michael and James; brother Clifford; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo. Mass: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
