Susan Elizabeth Barr Govoni, 65, of South Yarmouth, Mass., formerly of Hawaii, a retired senior vice president at Bank of Hawaii and a Royal Bank of Canada employee, died. She was born in Collington, Ontario. She is survived by husband Richard and brother Jim Barr. Services in Massachusetts.
