81Waimea Williams, 71, of Kaneohe, a writer and book editor, died in Kaneohe. She was born in Yakima, Wash. She is survived by brothers Guinn and Colin, and sister Lesley Williams Fong. Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Sunday at Heeia State Park. Aloha attire.
