77Francis F. Fiesta, 60, of Ewa Beach, a retired state Department of Public Safety maintenance employee, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Edith, sons Francis Christopher and Michael Jay, daughter Jonelle Joy Cho and six grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
