Arturo "Art" Cabatbat, 69, of Ewa Beach, a retiree from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Shop 56, and an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Manila. He is survived by wife Enid L.; sons Erik A. and Jake P.; daughter Raquel R. Limtiaco; brothers Orlando "Ronnie," Edgar S., Cesar S. and Roy S.; sisters Teresita "Tessie" Dungo and Vivian C. Escanio; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Program eulogy: 6:30 p.m. Services: 7 p.m. Burial: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
