Domingo Robles "Doming" Dulay, 91, of Waipahu, an Army veteran who served in World War II and a Leonard's Bakery retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Manaoag, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Ana; sons Jimmy, Alfred and Jeff Randy; daughters Melba Ilarde, Irene Dulay, Edna Polahon, Ruby Dulatre and Olivia Sadio; sister Porferia Velasco; 17 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Service: 10:30 a.m. Committal service: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
