81Winston Franco "Winnie" Quiaoit, 70, of Honolulu, a retired waiter at the Sheraton Waikiki, Outrigger and Queen Kapiolani hotels as well as a Sida Taxi driver, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Batac City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by son Michael; daughter Melanie C.Q. Albano; former spouse Elizabeth S.A.; brothers Melvin, Dindo and Glenn; sister Marilyn Ramirez; companion Helen Hardink; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Cremation to follow.
