82John Joseph Condlin, 70, of Kihei, Maui, a Pearl Harbor naval shipyard electrical engineer, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Ogdensburg, N.Y. He is survived by wife Cristina; sons Andrew and Joseph Condlin and Gene Sarmiento; brother Charles; sister Grace Mattern; and five grandchildren. Private services.
