83Ralph Candido Burns, 54, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Kauai Beach Resort maintenance employee and an Army veteran, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Monterey, Calif. He is survived by wife Maria, daughters Racquel and Rachel, sons Randolph Burns and Brandon Robles, sister Betty Crowden, brother Duke Ezzo and a grandchild. Visitation: 8:45 a.m. June 13 at St. Catherine Catholic Church. Mass: 10:45 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Kauai Veterans Cemetery, Hanapepe.
