Charles Masayuki Kagawa, 92, of Honolulu, an Army veteran and a former director of biological research and retired director of regulatory affairs for Alcon Laboratories, died at the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Halaula, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Clifton, Carlton and Ron and four grandchildren. Private services. Incorrect information was published in an obituary on Tuesday.
