79Martha Tsukiyama Giovanelli, 92, of Kensington, Md., a former University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine administrator and East-West Center administrative officer, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband John, brother Ted Tsukiyama and sisters Naoko Ogata and Kazu Vossbrink. Services: 5 p.m. Friday at Harris United Methodist Church. Additional services to be held in Maryland.
