Helen Wakatsuki, 86, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Health chemist, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Walter; daughters Lynn and Jill Wakatsuki, and Lei Takahashi; brothers Kenneth and Robert Sakanashi; sisters Clara Nakahata, Sally Iwai and Jane Oyama; and four grandchildren. Private services.
