75David Toshio Shida, 87, of Aiea, a retired branch chief with the state Department of Budget andFinance, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jeanne C., son Keith S., daughter Kathleen K. Pang, brother Arthur Y. and three grandchildren. Private services.
