Leroy Richard Eilers, 80, of Ewa Beach, a military police retiree, died at home. He was born in Madison, Ill. He is survived by wife Sheila Norton; sons John, Leroy Jr. and Robert; stepsons Joe, Mike and David Silva; stepdaughters Georgina Craig, Leialoha McAnally, Kehaulani Norton, Noelani Laeha, Kau'i Norton and Moana Karnuth; 17 stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
