Shigeo Raymond Okuma, 85, of Honolulu, an attorney and an AirForce veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kalaheo, Kauai. He is survived by sons David S. and Russell S., daughter Cheryl K., sisters Doris Oyadomari and Alice Kina, and a grandchild. Private services.
