80Vivian Bender, 84, of Manhattan, Kan., died in Wakefield, Kan. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Alex, Stephen, John and Douglas; daughters Julie and Diane Buntin; sisters Thelma Pewitt and Betsy Suehr; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
