73Virginia Maxwell, 62, of Kailua-Kona, a computer consultant, a former SAIC telecommunications engineer and a Kealakehe High School mathematics teacher, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Jamaica, N.Y. She is survived by husband Paul Kelley; sister Marilyn; brother Kenneth; and hanai sisters Karen Martin, Marina Villa and Barbara Jessel. Private services.
