81Charles Kunio Tomoeda, 92, of Honolulu, a retired city Department of Data Systems assistant supervisor, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Heeia. He is survived by wife Doris M.; daughters Charlene M. Lung, Cheryl K. Tomoeda and Joy E. Hughes; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
