Francis Hale Richards Jr., 63, of Ozark, Ala., an aircraft mechanic with Army Fleet Support in Fort Rucker, Ala., and an Army veteran, died in Ozark. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Po Suk Lim; son Nathan; brothers Dana K. and Dexter Ah Leong; sisters Twiladon U. Torres, Harkangel H. Richards and Candy M. Macalino; and a grandchild. Services held in Alabama. Additional services: 3 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
