Jose David Manandic, 84, of Mililani, an Army veteran and an Army and Air Force Exchange Service retiree, died in Fairfield, Calif. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Demetria W.; sons Jerry and Ceferino; sisters Dolores Salcedo, Helen Rellin and Florence Carios; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Monday at St. John Apostle & Evangelist Church, 95-370 Kuahelani Ave., Mililani. Mass: 11 a.m. Eulogy at noon. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers welcome.
