72William Tsuruo Matsuda, 79, of Pearl City, a retired electronics mechanic for the federal government at Schofield, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Kawaihau, Kauai. He is survived by wife Ruth, son Michael, daughter Melani Shiraki, brother Steve and three grandchildren. Private services.
