Clarence "Gadget" Takashima, 94, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Kauai director for the Hawaii Government Employees Association and an Army veteran, died in Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital. He was born in Kapaa. He is survived by son Dana, daughter Dee Grigsby, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. June 13 at All Saints Episcopal Church. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire.
