78Eleanor Troy Cate, 98, of Hilo, a retired art teacher, died. She was born in Arizona. She is survived by son Bruce, daughter Carlyn Marley, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: noon Monday at Onekahakaha Beach Park. Celebration of life: 1 p.m.
