81Rose Jose, 94, of Holualoa, Hawaii, a former Hawaiian Telephone Co. operator, substitute teacher at Konawaena and Holualoa schools, co-owner and manager of Kailua Gift Shop and a coffee and fruit farmer, died at home. She was born in Holualoa. She is survived by hanai daughters Caroline Rokonuzzaman and Marleen Alexander, sister Gladys and brother Tony. Private services.
