Anthony Paul "Russian" DeSantos, 65, of Hilo, a Navy veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Kaleonahinahi, son Anthony P. Jr., sisters Jacqueline and Pamela, and four grandchildren. Services at a later date.
