Christine Kikuyo Villalon "Tina" Ilac, 60, of Waipahu, a teacher's aide, office clerk, floral designer and candle wrapper, died in Waipahu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Neal and Ronald; mother Harriet H.; brothers John Jr. and Quentin; sisters Laurie, Karen and Bernadette; and a grandchild. Private services.
