Elmer Shoji Ota, 66, of Waimea, Hawaii, a Hawaii Electric Light Co. retiree, died at home. He was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Joy, daughter Michele, mother Takako and sisters Pearl Hilden and Emily Miyashiro. Visitation: 3 p.m. June 20 at Kamuela Hongwanji Mission, Church Row. Services: 4 p.m.
