Hazel M. Tsugawa, 96, of Kauai, a seamstress, waitress and homemaker, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Kohala, Hawaii. She is survived by daughter Harriet H. Ching, son Richard K., four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
