74Chana Mari Ichinotsubo, 32, of Wailuku, a registered X-ray technician with Maui Memorial Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente Maui, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by parents Van and Nancy, brother Scott, sister Kiana and grandparents Shizue Ichinotsubo and Harold and Frances Mizuno. Visitation: 4 p.m. Wednesday at Dodo Mortuary chapel. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
