CHEW MUN LEONG May 23, 2015 Aged 90, of Honolulu, HI, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2015. Chew Mun was born in Canton, China. He worked many years as the Chef for Trader Vic's of the Spencecliff restaurant chain at the former Waikiki International Market Place. Chew Mun is preceded in death by his brothers, Chew Bing, Yum Joe, Chew Hoy, and his sister, Chew Hee Lee. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; his children, Julie (Clifford Okumoto), Benjamin (Rose), Sally, Lori, and Linda (Jon) Fujitani; and grandchildren, Chad, Kristen, Jonathan, Rachel, and Emi. The family would like to thank the Cabanero family and St. Francis Hospice for their compassionate care. Private services held.
