78Patricia Kuulei Smith, 76, of Makakilo, a retired Sunrise Construction office manager, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Eric and Tyler Freitas, daughters Michelle Abreu and Jennifer Centeio, brother Harry Yee, stepbrother Paul Yee, stepsisters Patsy Tamekazu and Vicky Helms, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
