74Ruth Gertrude Perreira, 86, of Haiku, Maui, a retired restaurant owner, former adult education teacher and a homemaker, died in Kula Hospital. She was born in East Germany. She is survived by daughters Karin Hokoana and Toni Perreira-Recopuerto, five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Rita Catholic Church.
