81Caroline Pualani Chun, 75, of Kaneohe, a retired state Department of Health Vital Records Division supervisor, died in Aloha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Melvin Q.C., son Derek Q.C., daughters Melene L. Lee and Melissa L. Williams, sister Elizabeth, 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Hearts Academy Chapel, Waialae Avenue. Services: 10 a.m.
