Manuel G. "Manny" Flores, 81, of Hilo, a Big Island Mexican Foods co-owner and an Air Force veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Oxnard, Calif. He is survived by daughters Karen Wendel and Beverly Reis; brothers Peter, Joe and Ruben; sister Trini Arce; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 3 p.m. Celebration of life to follow at Big Island Mexican Foods in Keaau.
