81Jack Richardson, 73, of Kailua, a state Department of Health underground storage employee and former owner of Texaco in Kailua, died in Kailua. He was born in Oregon. He is survived by wife Kerry J., son Mark, sister Pat Foss and two grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Friday at the Elks Club in Waikiki. Donations suggested to National Parkinson Foundation Hawaii.
