78Ernie "Menehune" Rivera, 92, of Tucson, Ariz., an entertainer, died at home. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by daughters Eraina Kennett, Carol Ann Wick and Gloria Jean Ballenger; sons Patrick, Ernie and Ryan Menehune, Ernest M. Rivera, Michael Carl and Laszlo Layton; sister Anna K. Thuente; brother Larry; 15 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. Graveside services: 11 a.m. July 10 at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
