John David "Harry" Balinbin, 73, of Lahaina, Maui, an Army National Guard veteran and employee of The Coconut Grove and Embassy Suites, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by wife Sylvia; sons Chad, Brock and Wade; daughter Anjanette; brothers Joseph and Rudy; sisters Magdalena "Mary" Laborte and Susan Donnelson; and numerous grandchildren.
