DIAN BECKLEY FREITAS November 10, 1943 - June 4, 2015 Loving wife, mother, grand- mother, and friend passed away suddenly at age 71. Kailua H.S. graduate class of '61. Married 49 years to husband "Gene". Daughter to the first pro golfer at MPCC Alexander Beckley and mother Alice. A lifelong Lanikai resident and active member of the Kailua community, she organized the crafters for I Love Kailua and Lanikai craft fairs. She was caring, colorful, and loved to make people happy with her cooking and sewing. She always had a smile, an ear, and chicken soup for anyone who needed it. She was the most loving wife, mother, and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Survived by husband Eugene, daughters Dana (Jason) Blair and Tyra (Matthew) Sargent, grandchildren Allison and Max. Forever in our hearts.
