81Calvin Kukilakila "Cappy" Kapua Jr., 52, of Waianae, a heavy equipment operator, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Kalihi. He is survived by wife Christina; daughters Nicole Sevaaetasi and Lily Kapua; sons Jude and Simon; brothers Stacey Gasper and Iva Kapua; sisters Vickie Rivera, Leihua King and Kehau Guzman; and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Chapel, 98-1016 Komo Mai Drive, Aiea. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
