George Yoshimitsu Higa, 86, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Transportation motor carrier safety officer and a retired Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Lillian Quihuiz, sister Alice Tokuda and four grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
