Harold Seiichi Higa, 97, of Kaneohe, owner of Higa Orchid Nursery, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Dennis H.; daughters Francine K. Matsunaga, Lorraine H. Lee and Constance K. Koizumi; brother Noboru; sister Patsy Garald; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
